Which size should I choose?

Measure your pet from nose to tail while they sleep, then allow a little extra room. Every product page has its own size chart. If your pet is between sizes, or loves to stretch out, choose the larger bed.

Are your beds for dogs or cats?

Most of our beds are made for both. Browse our Dog Beds and Cat Beds to find the right fit for your pet.

My bed arrived flat. Is that normal?

Yes. Some of our beds ship vacuum packed to keep them protected on the way to you. Unpack the bed, lay it flat in a well ventilated spot and give it up to 48 hours to return to its full shape.

How do I clean my bed?

Care varies from bed to bed. You will find the care details in the Description section on each product page.

Will the colors look the same in person?

We photograph our beds as true to life as we can, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?

Orders are typically delivered within 14 to 21 business days. Shipping is $10, and free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout for $30. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for how it works.
