Returns and exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at info@tuopetliving.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back, as items sent without an approved request may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Keep it option

To save you the trouble of shipping an item back, and to reduce unnecessary packaging and transport, we may offer a keep it option. After reviewing your request, if approved, we will refund 60% of the price paid for the item you requested to return directly to your original payment method, and you keep the item. No return is needed.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement with free shipping. Please note that the customer covers the $10 return shipping cost for sending the original item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
